This study aims to describe the dynamics of cultural adaptation among migrants within a multicultural society from a multicultural guidance and counseling perspective. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method through in-depth interviews with two migrant participants from different cultural backgrounds, namely Lampung and Javanese cultures, who currently reside in Tangerang. The findings indicate that cultural background differences influence communication patterns, emotional expression, and self-adjustment processes in a diverse social environment. Interactions within workplace settings, religious communities, and local society play a significant role in shaping behavioral and attitudinal changes. These results suggest that cultural adaptation is a dynamic process that can be effectively facilitated through culturally sensitive multicultural guidance and counseling approaches
